Shipping and Delivery Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information when available.

Shipping Destinations & Carriers

  • We ship to addresses within the UK and internationally.

  • All shipments are sent via tracked and signed services to ensure security.

UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days after dispatch — Free of charge.

  • Express Delivery: 1-2 working days after dispatch — £9.35.

  • Please ensure the shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by destination:

    • Europe: 5-7 working days

    • USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore, New Zealand: 7-10 working days

    • Other countries: 7-10 working days

  • Shipping fees depend on destination and will be shown at checkout.

  • All international shipments are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by their country.

Shipping Delays & Liability

  • We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to the address you provided or to a person authorized by you to receive it.

  • If a parcel is lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier and your local authorities. We will assist where possible, but liability transfers to you upon delivery.

  • If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed, you will be responsible for any additional shipping or return fees.

Delivery Issues

  • If you experience any problems with your delivery (lost, damaged, delayed), please contact us promptly at contact@jjmulata.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at contact@jjmulata.com. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to follow the returns process after delivery.
